The second major energy center connects us to the element of water, emotions and senses. The sacral chakra is associated with the sacrum, hormones and the reproductive system. This place asks us to honor our feelings, creativity and sensuality so we can feel free to be ourselves in our relationships .

All bodies, colors, shapes, sizes, capacities and expressions are welcome. We center Black, Brown, Indigenous and Bodies of Culture as well as those who identify as LGBQTIA+ 🌈

Beginners and curious cats are welcome!

$50 tickets include: 

• 75-minute yoga practice with M&M Founder and CYT300hr Jean Edrada

• Live music/sound healing

• A small gift bag
